Built in 1905, the home is a Victorian eclectic style house with a front porch entry way that is a classical-style pediment supported by columns. The home also features bay windows with gables and shingles.

The medal artist is Kandee Jahns, who resided in the home as an 11-year-old with her family during the first King William Fair in 1968.
