This is our past, our present, and our future, preserving the culture and our collective memory.

KWA's Architectural Advisory Committee (AAC) is a free resource for residents to discuss their renovation projects, landscape designs, or solar panel plans. We encourage talking with us before approaching the city's Office of Historic Preservation; we can help navigate the process.

Committee members are neighbors who are architects, city planners, contractors, and lovers of old houses who volunteer their time to review and comment on cases affecting our neighborhood that go before the Historic Design and Review Commission (HDRC).

The AAC meets at 5:30 p.m. on the Mondays prior to HDRC meetings (usually the first and third weeks of each month). Contact the KWA office to schedule an appointment.
