VIA Metropolitan Transit operates the city buses and Blue Line Trolley that serve the area.   • The Cannoli Fund provides resources and support to residents who care for cats and dogs in the King William and Lavaca neighborhoods of San Antonio, Texas.
  • Lavaca Neighborhood Association (One of the oldest remaining intact residential areas in San Antonio. Lavaca is to the east of King William and is bounded by Durango Boulevard, South St. Mary’s Street, IH-37, and the Missouri-Kansas Railroad Line. The King William Association is proud to have the Lavaca Neighborhood as our close neighbor and friend.)
  • San Antonio River Improvements Project (Comprehensive, multi-year project to restore and enhance 13 miles of the San Antonio River both north and south of downtown.)
